THE LEAVEN IN THE BREAD
Gospel Mt 13:33
The Kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough.
NEW CONCEPTS:
Measure: About 20 kilograms (44 lbs) of flour.
Leaven (Yeast/Sourdough): Flour mixed with water and left to rest for a day. Usually, it is the leftover dough from the previous day's baking. When mixed with new flour and water, it creates the bubbles in the bread crumb during baking.
