2. The Wedding at Cana

Jesus was the Son of God and had the power to perform miracles. His first miracle took place in Cana of Galilee. Jesus, his mother Mary, and his disciples were invited to a wedding. Mary noticed that the wine had run out and said to Jesus, “They have no wine.” There were six stone jars there. Jesus told the servants, “Fill the jars with water.” When they were full, he said, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.”

3. The First Miracle of Jesus

Jesus turned the water into wine. When the master of the banquet tasted the wine, he said, “Everyone brings out the best wine first, and then the cheaper wine, but you have saved the best until now.” This was the first miracle Jesus performed, at the request of his mother Mary, and his disciples believed in him.
